Lifts the whole car by its four tyres. 105 mm tall.

It drives under a car, separates into front and rear sections that clamp the front and rear tyres, lifts the whole car off the ground and carries it to a parking space or another designated position. Nobody has to drive the car, and no car key is needed. The robot is 2,800 × 1,150 × 105 mm and weighs 600 kg; automatic, manual and remote modes switch at any time.

Will the robot damage the car?

It clamps only the four tyres and never touches the body, the underside or the battery pack. The clamp rollers run on double-row bearings with a large contact area on the tyre, and the clamping force adjusts automatically: firm enough to hold, gentle enough not to damage.

Can it move electric vehicles?

Yes. It clamps the tyres and does not touch the battery pack under the car. In the Intelligent Parking Garage, each parking space is a separate fire-isolated cell, automatic fire extinguishing starts within 3 seconds of a fire, and the system can check traction battery health across 13 performance indicators and 6 safety indicators.

If the robot breaks down, will it block the aisle?

Plug in the emergency handle and use its direction keys to drive the robot slowly out of the aisle, or switch to manual or remote control. The emergency handle is supplied as standard. If the application software fails or communication is interrupted, the emergency stop and obstacle detection still work.

Can it run 24 hours a day? How does it charge?

Each section has a 48 V, 52 Ah lithium battery, enough for 8 hours of continuous operation at full load; with automatic charging, the robot can run around the clock. It charges by automatic wireless, automatic contact or manual charging, taking 2 to 3 hours with fast charging and 4 to 5 hours with standard charging.

How long does it take to park or retrieve a car in an automated car park?

60 to 150 seconds on average. In the Intelligent Parking Garage, several lifts work at the same time, and the garage can handle up to 120 parking or retrieval operations per hour.

Can it work outdoors?

With protection rating IP54 it is dustproof and splash-proof, can run outdoors in light rain and can cross standing water up to 20 mm deep. Gradients are limited to 4.3% unloaded and 3% loaded, steps to 5 mm and gaps to under 10 mm.

Can we develop our own control software?

Yes. For customers who buy the hardware only, we provide the low-level control interfaces: CANopen (CiA-402) for the servo motors, RS485 for the push rods, Ethernet for the lidar and CAN for the battery management system, together with the low-level control API documentation, the communication protocol documentation and ROS/ROS2 drivers.

How are delivery, training and warranty handled?

Standard products are generally delivered within 45 working days, as stated in the contract. On-site training in operation, routine maintenance and handling abnormal situations is given at delivery and usually takes 1 to 2 days. The complete machine has a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt; drive wheels, clamp rollers and batteries are consumables.
