PRODUCT LINES
Six handling series, more than 30 models on sale
Rated loads from 50 kg to 4,000 kg. When several robots work on one site, the JS-SYS-RDS-V2.0 dispatch system allocates tasks and plans routes.
Parking robot
Drives under the car, splits into two sections and clamps the two tyres on each axle to lift the whole car. 105 mm tall, with ±10 mm repeat parking accuracy on the intelligent version.
Underride AGV
Lifting, fork, cage trolley, tote, SMT loading, expandable chassis and roller transfer models for racks, pallets, cage trolleys and totes.
Autonomous forklift
Pallet movers, stackers, reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts: nine models, lifting up to 8.5 m.
Parking garages
The Intelligent Parking Garage stores and retrieves cars with parking robots, 190 to 400 spaces per tower; the Jiangsong mini tower garage holds 10 cars on about 1.5 ground-level spaces.
MODEL CODES
The model number gives class, rated load and configuration
Robot model numbers generally follow the format JS-ABBBB-XYZ. Customised models add C, the date (year, month and day) and a two-digit serial number to the standard model, for example JS-F1500-SCC-C26081001.

DISPATCH SYSTEM
Many robots, one dispatch system
JS-SYS-RDS-V2.0
The JS-SYS-RDS-V2.0 dispatch system handles task allocation, route planning, traffic control (robots giving way to each other) and charging management, and integrates with your WMS and MES. A single robot can use the single-robot dispatch supplied with it; when several robots work in the same area, this system is needed.
CHARGERS & ACCESSORIES
Chargers and standard accessories
Charger model numbers follow the format JS-CHR-type, voltage and current, docking method: the JS-CHR-ACE5420-V, for example, is an automatic charger for 54 V and 20 A with V-type docking. High-current and low-current chargers must not be mixed. The number of chargers usually follows a rule of thumb: a quarter of the number of robots for single-shift operation, a third for two shifts and a half for continuous three-shift operation, with at least 2 chargers.
