Robots, the scheduler server and peripherals all need fixed IP addresses. Cable the server and third-party devices; the robots use WiFi.

Measure it. More than half of all unexplained stoppages trace back to the network. Test the whole operating area, especially dense racking, metal structures and floor transitions.
