PRODUCT LINES
Rated payload from 50 kg to 3,000 kg. Every model runs the same navigation, docking, safety and scheduling stack, so a mixed fleet shares one map and one traffic controller.
01
Slides under the car, clamps the tyres and lifts the whole vehicle. 105 mm tall, ±10 mm repeatability.
02
Jacking, forking, totes, SMT loading and extensible chassis — racks, trolleys and line-side docking.
03
Pallet truck, stacker, reach and counterbalance — lifting up to 8,500 mm.
04
Scrub-and-recover in one pass, seven floor types, on the same scheduler as the handling fleet.
MODEL CODES
The code itself states the class, the rated payload and the fitment. Read it against the rule and you can confirm whether the model in hand is the one you want.

FLEET SCHEDULER
JS-SYS-RDS-V2.0
The scheduler decides which robot takes the job, which route it drives, who gives way at an intersection and when it goes to charge. It manages mixed fleets — jacking, forking, tote and transfer robots on one map — and connects to WMS, MES and production planning.
CHARGING & ACCESSORIES
Model numbers read as voltage plus current: 5420 is 54 V 20 A, 27100 is 27 V 100 A. Suffix V is a V-shaped contact, SR is a side-retractable arm. MCE is a manual charger, ACE an automatic dock. Selection turns on two things only — the battery platform voltage and the battery capacity.
{{ a.use }}
Model selection is three questions: how the load sits, whether the vehicle can turn where it picks, and how much it weighs. Five numbers from the site are enough for a first answer.
