Charging and scheduling
What the scheduler does
The JS-SYS-RDS-V2.0 dispatch system handles task allocation, route planning, traffic control (robots giving way to each other) and charging management, and integrates with your WMS and MES. It sits below the upper systems: the ERP decides what to produce, the MES what each line does and when, the WMS where goods are stored, and the dispatch system which robot does the moving.
Scale
A single map supports more than 1,500 robots and thousands of simultaneous tasks.
Mixed fleets
Underride, fork, tote and transfer robots working in the same area are all managed by this one system. The VDA5050 standard interface is supported, so robots of other brands that follow it can be connected too.
Resilience
The system runs on several servers with real-time data backup, and switching between main and backup servers is not noticeable on site. Once in operation, routes can be changed and areas added without stopping production. Grey release is supported: a new version is tried on some robots first and rolled out to all once it proves sound.
Simulation
Efficiency simulation before delivery models everything from task trigger to execution 1:1, with simulation data more than 99.5% accurate. It is used at proposal stage to check that the fleet size meets the cycle time, and to prove the process before deployment.
Low-code
Business processes are built from prefabricated code modules, so new requirements and custom dispatch strategies go live quickly. After delivery, operations are visual, with running data visible at a glance.
Modules
Task management, rack management, map management, device management, monitoring and statistics.
