Charging and scheduling
What the scheduler does
The scheduler decides which machine goes, by which route, who has priority at a junction and when to charge. It sits below the upper systems rather than beside them: ERP decides what is made, MES when the line makes it, WMS where goods sit — and the scheduler how they move.
Mixed fleets
Jacking, fork, tote and transfer machines share one floor and hand work to each other; maps cover several makes and models, including 2D maps at different heights and 2D-to-3D origin alignment.
Scale
One map supports more than 1,500 machines and thousands of concurrent tasks.
Resilience
Distributed deployment with hot standby, transparent failover and staged release. Routes, updates and new areas do not require stopping the line.
Simulation
End-to-end simulation with better than 99.5% accuracy — used to verify fleet size against takt at scheme stage, to prove the process before commissioning, and to test route or policy changes before they touch production.
Low-code
A process engine assembles scenarios from prebuilt blocks. It extends to a digital twin: 3D visualisation, bottleneck analysis, layout optimisation, predictive maintenance and virtual training.
