JS-U0600-DLP
Same list and quantities as the 400 kg machine. Differences: 48 V 27 Ah battery, 750 W drive module, 750 W lift motor (3,000 rpm, 2.4 N·m), 233.3:1 lift gearbox. Panels, safety edges and deck rubber are model specific.
JS-U1000-DLP
48 V 27 Ah battery, 1,000 W drive module, 750 W lift and rotation motors, 34.22:1 rotation gearbox, 75 mm castor under 62 mm swing radius. Panels interchange with the JS-U1500-DLP.
JS-U1500-DLP
48 V 40 Ah battery and 1,500 W drive module; everything else is common with the JS-U1000-DLP. A site running both need only stock to the higher of the two.
Two-tonne class
JS-U2000-DLP, JS-U2500-SLP and JS-U2500-SLL share the structure but not the specifications, and omni machines add steering motors, steering gearboxes and angle encoders. Lists are issued per project.
Three general rules. The two-tonne battery (48 V 67 Ah) is large and expensive — leave it with us even above thirty machines. Omni machines should carry one spare steering motor and gearbox above ten units, since steering is what they add over a differential machine. Drive and steer tyres under heavy duty are planned at 18 to 24 months, and always replaced in pairs.
