INTELLIGENT PARKING GARAGE
400 cars need 10,000 m² in a conventional car park. The same 400 fit into 960 m² here — stacked vertically, with no ramps, no aisles and no driver behind the wheel.
01 / THE MARKET
When a huge vehicle population meets scarce parking, every trip turns into a contest for a space. The failings of the conventional car park have become a symptom of the city's growing pains.
POLICY

Referenced: the State Council's opinions on high-quality urban development, and the guidance on strengthening urban parking facilities.
02 / SIDE BY SIDE
03 / SPEED
Paths are optimised by algorithm across several lifts and the ultra-thin heavy-load clamping carrier. Vertical travel reaches 2.5 m/s against an industry average of 1.5 m/s; horizontal movement is handled by the carrier. Average waiting time is under 90 seconds and hourly throughput reaches 120 vehicles.

06 / SAFETY
Once safety is confirmed the parking sequence begins: no more than 1.8 s between the door closing and the robot starting.

08 / MODELS
Standard on all three: automatic charging, safety detection, fire isolation, the shunting robot, the digital management system and the PLC control system. Automatic car wash and energy storage are options.

Plot dimensions, height limit, target capacity, grid capacity and whether EV charging is required — these five decide the model and the layout. Our engineers join the site survey.
